Security

You draw the lines. Dialed stays inside them.

Dialed handles your wholesale inbox and your invoices, so it's built to be safe with both. Here's exactly how — in plain words, no jargon.

You set the rules

You decide what it handles on its own

Dialed applies per-tenant, per-action policies and amount thresholds configured for your organization. Routine work executes only when policy allows it; higher-risk work routes to an authenticated human with the required permission. Dialed never grants itself authority.

Safe by design

The part that reads your email can't touch money

The piece that reads incoming messages has no way to send or pay anything — it can only write a draft. So even a strange or scammy email is, at worst, a draft you catch.

Your data

Your books are yours alone

Your data is sealed off from every other roaster's — nothing crosses over. We don't sell Customer Data or use it to train AI. We disclose it only to connected systems you authorize, providers needed to run Dialed, and as described in our privacy policy.

Your accounting

The right ledger stays in charge

In QuickBooks mode, Dialed mirrors QuickBooks and never overrides its ledger. In Dialed-native mode, Dialed is the source of truth for the invoice records, payment applications, and credits it creates. Either way, the system of record is explicit.

In the open

You can see everything it does

Whether Dialed is asking you to approve each order or running on the rules you've set, every action is written to a log that's yours to read. Nothing is hidden, and nothing happens outside the limits you chose.

No tricks

A café's note is an order, not an instruction

When a café writes in, Dialed treats it as an order to read — never a command to obey. It can't be talked into doing something you didn't approve.

Your data, handled carefully

Secrets, retention, and deletion.

Your logins are protected in dedicated credential stores, never kept in source code, and never handed to the AI. We keep business records only as long as needed for the service, security, audit, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify eligible data under our retention practices. Your customers' details do not belong in plaintext logs.

Who we work with

A short list of trusted providers.

Dialed runs on a handful of trusted providers — your accounting platform, the AI that reads and drafts, and a few others for hosting and email. The categories, purposes, and controls around those providers are explained in our privacy policy.

Safe with your money, and your name.

Go back to coffee.
