Security
Dialed can draft it. Only you can send it.
Dialed handles your wholesale inbox and your invoices, so it's built to be safe with both. Here's exactly how — in plain words, no jargon.
You approve every send
Dialed drafts your orders and invoices, but nothing goes out until you approve it. No invoice, no payment, no message to a café happens on its own. The big ones can only be approved from your logged-in account — never a text.
The part that reads your email can't touch money
The piece that reads incoming messages has no way to send or pay anything — it can only write a draft. So even a strange or scammy email is, at worst, a draft you catch.
Your books are yours alone
Your data is sealed off from every other roaster's — nothing crosses over. We don't sell it or share it, and it isn't used to train public AI.
Your accounting stays in charge
Dialed works alongside your accounting platform and never overrides it. Your invoices, payments, and records stay right where your accountant expects them.
Nothing happens behind your back
For your first weeks, everything is a draft — nothing is sent or posted until you say so. And you can see everything Dialed has done, any time.
A café's note is an order, not an instruction
When a café writes in, Dialed treats it as an order to read — never a command to obey. It can't be talked into doing something you didn't approve.
Your data, handled carefully
Secrets, retention, and deletion.
Your logins are stored encrypted, never in plain text, and never handed to the AI. We keep raw messages for 90 days, then summarize them — and if you ask us to delete your data, it's gone within 30 days. Your customers' details never land in our logs.
Who we work with
A short list of trusted providers.
Dialed runs on a handful of trusted providers — your accounting platform, the AI that reads and drafts, and a few others for hosting and email. The full, current list is named in our privacy policy, and we publish any change before it takes effect.
